Durham Retiree Wins World Seniors' 800 Title

Retired Durham dentist Maurice McDonald won the men's 70-74 title in the 800 meters at the World Masters Athletics Championships in Sacramento, Calif., with a time of 2:34.37, with more than a 2 seconds lead on the runnerup.
