Two South Miami Boulevard office buildings sell for $46M

A California real estate investment group, an affiliate of Crown Realty & Development, has bought the recently re-stabilized Berrington Center and Bradford Center office buildings at Durham's Imperial Center for $46 million. Plans for the vacant lot have not been disclosed.

Raleigh real estate investors buy Durham office property for $8.75M

Raleigh joint venture partners Dominion Realty Partners and Medical Mutual Insurance Co. have acquired an office building in Durham's Meridian corporate park for $8.75 million.

iNVICTUS Office Center to Open

 The iNVICTUS office center located at 601 Fayetteville St. suite 300, will have their grand opening, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., Tuesday June 30th.
