NC School of Science & Math recieves grant

Employees from the Monsanto site in Research Triangle Park selected NCSSM, to receive a $13,500 grant from the Monsanto Fund’s 2015 site grant initiative. Representatives from the organization and the fund celebrated the grant with a check presentation Sept. 24.

 

Companies behind GMOs launch website

Agricultural biotechnology companies involved in the development of genetically modified crops, also known as genetically modified organisms or GMOs, including Durham companies Syngenta, Bayer CropScience, BASF and Monsanto are launching a website, GMO Answers to answer the “toughest questions” about them.

Monsanto's Durham Office Recognized

The Durham Research Triangle Park site for the seed and agriculture products company Monsanto Co. was recognized Friday by the N.C. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Division for its safety and health management program with the “Rising Star” award.
