FTA releases DEIS for Durham light-rail route

Federal Transit Administration (FTA) released the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Durham light-rail route. The report includes a summary of the environmental, social and economic impacts of the 17-mile project, as well as those of other proposed transportation alternatives.
