East West Partners of Chapel Hill have secured the debt and equity financing to move forward with the construction phase of a modern apartment building on Rigsbee Ave.

New Bar 'Surf Club' Opens at 703 Rigsbee

Durham's newest bar Surf Club has opened at 703 Rigsbee, next door to The Bar and up the street from Motorco, Fullsteam and Geer Street Garden. Surf Club is owned and operated by Rhys Botica of popular Durham bars Whiskey, Bull McCabes and The Federal.
