Lenox at Patterson Place Apartment Complex Sold

The apartment complex Lenox at Patterson Place in southwest Durham has sold for $28.8 million to a company connected to Texas-based Westdale Real Estate Investment and Management. Built in 1999, the complex had previously been owned and operated by the Ohio-based Connor Group.
