Intersil Relocates Within Durham

Intersil has signed a 7.5-year lease agreement to occupy 25,038 square feet in the Keystone Technology Park IV flex building at 419 Davis Drive. It will soon be relocating its research lab facility currently located at 4020 Stirrup Creek Drive to Keystone Park.
