Measurement Inc Building Officially Open

Measurement Inc's new $12 million, five-story, approximately 74,000-square-foot building at 404 Hunt St. has officially opened. Measurement Inc will be the major tenant of the building and will lease about 37,000 square feet of the total square footage of the building.

Henry "Hank" Scherich, the founder and president of educational assessment firm Measurement Inc., received the Durham Chamber of Commerce's 2011 Civic Honor Award.
