At the North Carolina PTA State Conference, the Durham Council of PTAs was awarded a Distinguished Council designation. At the Durham Volunteer Center Awards Luncheon, Ann Rebeck was honored with the 2015 Individual Key Volunteer Award as well as being named a nominee for the Governor’s Volunteer Service and Medallion Award.
