Ninth Street Apartment Project Breaks Ground
Groundbreaking on the 303-unit, $47 million Circle Ninth Street apartment project begins Wednesday, February 29th. The developer, Crescent Resources LLC, indicates that the project was inspired by the existing Erwin Mill factories and warehouses in the area.
