Durham's ArchiveSocial Nabs $100K Prize

Durham's ArchiveSocial was selected from eight competitors at a pitching event to earn a $100,000 investment from Steve Case, AOL co-founder and current partner at Washington D.C.-based venture capital firm Revolution.

Durham startup ArchiveSocial selected by Silicon Valley accelerator

ArchiveSocial has been selected out of 190 national applications to join the Code for America Accelerator, a four-month program focused on startups disrupting the state of technology in the public sector.

Four Durham Start-ups Receive NC IDEA Grants

Four Durham start-ups, Motaavi, ArchiveSocial, Impulsonic and Gema Touch have been awarded NC IDEA grants. NC IDEA provides grants to early stage companies in North Carolina and has awarded $2.5 million in grants to 67 companies statewide.
