Duke University's West Union vendors announced

Duke Dining has announced eight vendors that will operate the thirteen restaurants coming to the new West Union. The vendors include Devil’s Krafthouse, Ginger  + Soy and Gyotaku, Il Forno Italian Kitchen, The Farmstead and Sprout Café, Skillet Southern Cookery, JB’S Roast & Chops, The Chef’s Kitchen, The Commons and Au Bon Pain. The menus will be unique and differ from the vendors current restaurants.
