Durham's South Court Building off of Shannon Rd. whose tenants include G2B and Doolin's Irish Pub and Cafe has been sold to a New York-based investment firm for $12.8 million.

Doolin’s Irish Pub & Café Opens off Shannon Road

Doolin’s Irish Pub & Café has opened in Suite 125 of the SouthCourt building off of Shannon Road in southern Durham. Doolin’s serves traditional Irish fare from 11AM - close of business M-Th, 11AM - 2AM F-Sa, is closed on Sundays.
