Ram Realty Services recently purchased the Pavilion East complex for $41M which included the land for a 263- unit luxury apartment community, the 700-space parking deck and the four-story office, retail and condominium building at 2608 Erwin Road . Plans to break ground on the new luxury apartment community are expected to begin in spring 2016 with the first units open in summer 2017.
