Durham developer buys two South Durham buildings

Durham developer Dilweg has purchased the three-story South Square I and South Square II office buildings at University Drive and Mayfair Street. The buildings total 120,301 square feet and were 47 percent occupied at the time of the sale. Major tenants include Yadkin Bank, aWhere and Shift NC.

Durham's South Court Building Sold for $12.8M

Durham's South Court Building off of Shannon Rd. whose tenants include G2B and Doolin's Irish Pub and Cafe has been sold to a New York-based investment firm for $12.8 million.

Merle Norman Plans to Move to South Squar

The Merle Norman cosmetics shop at Northgate Mall has closed to move to a new location in the South Square Shopping Center.
