VA Center Names Associate Director

Sara Haigh has been named associate director of the Durham Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

Gwen Waddell-Schultz, the associate chief of nursing education and medicine at the Durham Veterans Administration Medical Center, has been inducted into the N.C. Nurses Association Hall of Fame.

Durham VA Medical Center Names New Director

The Durham VA Medical Center has named DeAnne Seekins its new director. Seekins most recently served as the director of the Hampton VA Medical Center. Seekins succeeds former director Ralph Gigliotti in overseeing the delivery of health care to more than 56,000 veterans living in eastern North Carolina and supervising 2,200 employees.
