Croasdaile Commons shopping center sells for $24 million

Durham's 15-acre Croasdaile Commons shopping center anchored by Duke Medicine, has sold for $24 million to Health Care REIT Inc. of Toledo, Ohio. The property is located at the intersection of Hillandale Road and Interstate 85 in north Durham.

Duke Medicine to Anchor Croasdaile Commons Shopping Center

Duke Medicine will anchor what was formerly Loehmann’s Plaza which is being redeveloped into a shopping center, Croasdaile Commons. Duke Medicine will occupy about 67,000 square feet of space.
