Durham Care Community 3rd Largest in Triangle

Durham's Croasdaile Village was acknowledged by the Triangle Business Journal for being the third largest continuing care retirement community in the Triangle.

Durham Senior Living Facility Plans Renovation

A Durham senior living and continuing care facility, Croasdaile Village, has accepted a bid from Frank L. Blum Construction Co. to renovate the Pavilion, a two-story health care facility. The project will include renovation of nurses’ stations and the addition of common areas that will function as living rooms where residents can gather.
