Duke Universities newest eating facility to open Saturday

The renovated West Union building on Duke's West Campus will reopen this Saturday, 8/27. The campus' newest eating facility houses 13 venues with 12 operated by local restaurateurs and include choices such as southern comfort food, Chinese dumplings, ramen, pizza, pasta, Indian cuisine, steak, sushi, and a wide array of vegetarian and vegan options throughout. 

The DBAP offers new items for 2016

DBAP will offer several new items this season.The Bulls have taken over all food items, which includes the club level and picnic areas.There are new food vendors, such as Angus Barn and Makus Empanadas, as well as new food offerings like bacon on a stick. There will be staples like hot dogs but, the DBAp's goal is to have as many hot dogs and as many toppings as any ballpark in the country. There is also a new 35-foot net that stretches from first to third base to protect fans from errant baseballs or bats. The 2016 season opener was held Thursday, April 7.
