Durham restaurants featured in national publication's 'Trending Tables'

For the first time the Triangle has been included among the "large cities of culinary influence" that Nation's Restaurant News' features in each quarterly summary. Andrea Reusing's Restaurant at The Durham Hotel and Scott Howell's Bar Virgile are featured among four Triangle restaurants.

Bar Virgile Now Open

Bar Virgile has opened on Main and Mangum Streets. There are 49 seats and a menu with upscale cocktails and French country food.

Nana's Owner to Open French Restaurant and Bar in Downtown Durham

Restaurateur Scott Howell, of Nana's and NanaTaco will open a french eatery and bar, Bar Virgile, in Downtown Durham at the corner of Main and Mangum Streets at the end of 2014. There will be 49 seats with a menu with upscale cocktails and French country food.
