Rivers Named to All-ACC First Team

Duke Blue Devil guard Austin Rivers was named to the All-ACC first team as voted upon by the league's media. Rivers became just the seventh freshman in league history named to the all-conference first team. Juniors Seth Curry and Mason Plumlee also received All-ACC recognition for the first time in their careers with third team honors.

Beck, Duncan Take Top Honors for ACC Women's Golf

The Atlantic Coast Conference announced its 2011 All-ACC Women’s Golf accolades on Monday with Duke University sophomore Lindy Duncan named ACC Player  of the Year. Freshman Laetitia Beck earned ACC Rookie of the Year honors by a vote of the league’s nine head coaches.

Johnston and McCrory Set for World Series Competition

After capturing two national titles and garnering ACC Diver of the Year accolades for the second consecutive year, Duke divers Abby Johnston and Nick McCrory set course for two international competitions in the Diving World Series. The World Series events are a precursor to the World events this summer, and the World events are a precursor to the 2012 Summer Olympics.
