Dorcas Ministries Names Volunteer Coordinator

Dorcas Ministries welcomes Ellen Frazier as its new volunteer coordinator. Frazier will be responsible for recruiting and orienting new volunteers as well as overseeing the organization's public relations and social media efforts.
