Two South Miami Boulevard office buildings sell for $46M

A California real estate investment group, an affiliate of Crown Realty & Development, has bought the recently re-stabilized Berrington Center and Bradford Center office buildings at Durham's Imperial Center for $46 million. Plans for the vacant lot have not been disclosed.
