Greenfire Announces Plans for Residential Construction Project Downtown

Greenfire Development announced new plans for a $10 million residential development project to be located downtown adjacent to the N.C. Mutual Life Insurance Co. headquarters building. The project will include 88 one- and two-bedroom apartments; Construction is expected to start in July, and to be wrap up by May of 2013.
