A real estate investment firm founded by energy trader and startup investor Tom Hahn has bought a collection of commercial condos in the Hope Valley Pointe retail complex in south Durham for $1.9 million.The tenant mix at Hope Valley Pointe at the intersection of N.C. 751 and N.C. 54 in south Durham includes the popular City Beverage restaurant and bar, Wine and Design, and Growler Girlz.
