Fleischer Promoted to Real Estate Manager for the City of Durham

David Fleischer has been promoted to Real Estate Manager for the City of Durham's Real Estate Division of the General Services Department. Fleischer brings more than 25 years of experience in all facets of real estate to the role in addition to his more than seven years of service with the Real Estate Division which is responsible for feasibility studies, disposition and acquisition of real property, and property management.
