BPG Properties Sells 3 Buildings, Changes Name
BPG Properties, one of the largest owners of flex and warehouse real estate in the Triangle, has sold the three buildings it owns in the Triangle Business Center office in Durham. Additionally, the company announced it’s changing its name to Equus Capital Partners.
