Developer Proposes Second Apartment Complex
Charlotte-based Crescent Resources, the developer behind the apartment complex that’s already under construction near Ninth Street, is planning to build another complex nearby, a 208-unit apartment complex near Main and 15th streets, near the existing Erwin Square development.
