DPS Teacher Wins Durham Am Golf Tournament with Record-Setting Round

Hillsborough Central Elementary School physical education teacher John Gaddy won the Durham Amateur golf tournament at Hillandale Golf Course by two strokes. Gaddy’s eight-under-par final round of 63 is believed to be the best single round in tournament history, which began in 1974.
