NCCU Awards 608 Degrees at Fall Commencement
N.C. Central University awarded 608 bachelor's, master's and law degrees at its Fall commencement. John Silvanus Wilson Jr., executive director of the White House Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and Universities, delivered the commencement speech.
