DPS Retiree Joe Parker Elected to Civitan International's Highest Post
Joe G. Parker has been elected to the Civitan International's highest post, the 2012-2013 President which is preceded by a year of service as the 2011-2012 Civitan International president-elect. Parker became involved with the Civitans 13 years ago after retiring from Durham Public Schools.
