Ten story office tower will be built on the former Chrysler dealership lot

The firm that purchased the former Elkins Chrysler dealership downtown has released plans for a 10-story office tower.Called 555 Mangum, the 240,000 square-foot building will contain office space, ground floor retail, a penthouse conference center and a rooftop lounge and terrace overlooking the American Tobacco Campus.The site encompasses an entire block at the intersection of Mangum Street, Jackie Robinson Drive, Dillard Street and Roxboro Road
