New condo project in downtown to be complete by September 2017

The new downtown condo project, Mangum Flats, will consist of 14 flats, three studios, and five townhouses. The expected completion date is September 2017. The project at 515 N. Mangum St. is being designed by Center Studio Architecture and real estate developer Scott Harmon.
