NCCU Receives Grant to Reduce Drug and Alcohol Abuse, HIV transmission

North Carolina Central University has been awarded a three-year $897,840 grant to develop ways to reduce rates of drug and alcohol abuse and HIV transmission in 18-24 year olds from the juvenile Justice Institute by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, which is part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
