Former Museum House to Become Art

Local artists will use portions the Lavender house, the former start-up site of the Museum of Life and Science for art after Parks and Recreation deconstructs the building. The base, porch and chimney of the home will remain as a type of sculpture and to be used as seating during community events. Deconstruction work is scheduled to begin on April 7.
