Straw Valley Cafe to Expand

Il Palio chef Adam Rose is teaming up with certified Master Sommelier Fred Dexheimer to develop an ambitious dining and drinking complex that is part of Straw Valley Café. Plans include expanding the cafe to include a juice bar, a casual restaurant and lounge tentatively named Sanderson House, and Black House, a 50-seat fine dining restaurant.
