Upscale Apartments Coming to Patterson Place
Two Florida real estate groups have announced plans to jointly develop a
$40.1 million apartment community in south Durham near the Patterson Place
shopping center. The 322-unit Patterson Place project will be the first joint venture between
CNL Growth Properties of Orlando and The Bainbridge Companies of Wellington,
Fla., according to the companies.
