Hope Valley Square Sold for $7.7 Million

The Hope Valley Square retail center,  located at 3710 Shannon Rd. and anchored by one of the busiest U.S. Postal Service offices in Durham, has been sold to DNA Partners of Cold Spring Harbor, N.Y. for $7.7 million, more than triple the price paid for the property five years ago. The retail center is 40,524-square-feet with tenants that include the U.S. Postal Service and three popular Durham restaurants: Only Burger, Bull Street Gourmet & Market and Pop’s Backdoor South.
