Duke Offers Employees Housing Subsidies for Southside Neighborhood Homes

In an effort to redevelop the Southside neighborhood, south of downtown Durham, eligible Duke University and Health System employees can qualify for loans and incentives that will cover up to $50,000 to purchase one of the 10 houses that are part of the initial project development.
