Durham Medical Office Building Sold For Nearly $3.8 Million

Fuquay Varina-based DKNC Ventures partnered to buy a medical office building and nearby property on North Roxboro Street for nearly $3.8 million, and is planning to renovate the building and build a new Kerr Drug.
