Durham-based McKinney Taps CP+B's Patel As New Media Chief

McKinney, the Durham, NC-based unit of South Korea’s Cheil Worldwide, has named a new media chief, Swapnil Patel, who joins from MDC Partners Crispin Porter + Bogusky, where he was group media director.
