White House Official to Deliver Fall NCCU Commencement Address

John Silvanus Wilson Jr., executive director of the White House Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and Universities, will deliver the commencement address at N.C. Central University’s fall graduation. The ceremony will take place at 9 a.m. on Dec. 10.
