Homeland Security Secretary Napolitano Visits Duke's Sanford School of Public Policy

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano is in Durham today to speak to Duke's Sanford School of Public Policy. Napolitano will speak of the challenges of preventing terrorism, securing borders, enforcing immigration laws, safeguarding cyberspace and preparing for disasters while protecting the privacy and civil rights of Americans.
