Accion Emprendedora USA Launched to Support Hispanic Entrepreneurs

Under the direction of Alejandro Sanchez, Durham will see the addition of Accion Emprendedora USA, a new organization that aims to help micro-businesses grow in the Hispanic community. They're focused on helping entrepreneurs who have started or are looking to start small operations employing one or two people that earn up to about $50,000 a year. Accion just finished the last of its first pilot classes for micro-entrepreneurs last week - they are planning to launch the next round of classes in September.
