Durham Distillery Looking for Downtown Space

Melissa and Lee Katrincic of Durham Distillery are seeking a downtown Durham space for their gin-producing business. They plan to distill 230-liter batches and to bottle and sell the gin through a distributor, while also maintaining a small cocktail bar for tastings and tours.
