OrgSpan Acquired By Interactive Intelligence

Interactive Intelligence, an Indianapolis call center software firm will acquire Durham-based OrgSpan to help improve its current cloud offerings. The company plans to keep all 40 of OrgSpan's current employees in place at the facility in Durham.
