Durham County Approves $600K in Hotel Incentives

Durham County commissioners approved a $605,000 economic incentive offer to Gentian Group to convert the Mutual Community Savings Bank at 315 E. Chapel Hill St. into Holland Hotel, a 54-room boutique hotel.
