Tootie's Cafe and Grill to Open on Angier Ave.

Tootie’s Mobile Kitchen & Catering food truck will open a brick-and-mortar restaurant, Tootie’s Café and Grill, at 2108 Angier Avenue. The family-owned and operated restaurant will open in March.
