Triangle Parkway Open, Toll-free Until Jan. 3

The Triangle Parkway opened today as the state's first toll road. The road, which will be toll-free until Jan. 3, connects I-40 at N.C. 147 in Durham County with N.C. 540 in Wake County, cutting through Research Triangle Park.
